Blender
In my opinion Blender is the most marvelous thing. It's a 3D building program that is free to download, is open source and is supported by a fantastic community of enthusiasts around the world.
A 3D building program - it is so much more than that. You can develop 3D models. You can apply materials and textures to those models and in that regard you are only limited by your imagination. You can animate your models, and produce videos. You can use the grease pencil and create 2D style cartoons. Recently it introduced geometry nodes which add richness to what you can achieve in your animations. It is amazing.
But that is not to say it is an easy thing to use. 3D modelling is quite a complex skill and if you are new to it, it will take a while and some effort to get to grips with it. But thanks to the Blender community, there are thousands of resources, free and for a cost, out there to help you.
The home of Blender is blender.org. Download the latest versions from this site.
In terms of getting help and support, the support pages are a great place to start.
Join the community.
And even though it is free and open source, it is very important to donate to help keep Blender available for everybody.
Give it a go - it's great.
